Return Policy
Return Period: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation is required.

- Items with manufacturing defects
Non-Returnable Items
- Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Opened beauty products
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item within 3 days of delivery.
Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size or color is out of stock, we'll process a full refund.
How to Return or Exchange

Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Step 2: Receive Authorization
We'll send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.
Step 3: Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the return authorization number.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Send the package using the provided shipping label or your preferred carrier.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
